Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
Simple Fun Software builds software as either Ad Supported, Free, or Commercial products, and all products are intended for use “as is”. The following Privacy Policy explains our commitment to our users. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information that may be collected while using our products and services, while respecting global standards including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the EU.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and the choices available to users.
What personal information do we collect?
For a better experience while using our software, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, depending on the specific product. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Personal Data: Name, address, phone number, or email addresses voluntarily provided during support or profile creation.
- User-Created Content: Layouts, settings, logs, or content you explicitly build and save within an application.
- In-App / Software Data: Diagnostic, crash, and performance information used to monitor technical issues and improve overall app stability.
Most of our applications do not require extensive personal information, and many store your information exclusively on your physical device.
How and why do we collect this information?
This information is collected in the following ways:
- Direct Communication: When a user contacts us regarding support, feedback, or general product inquiries, we collect their transmission details to reply.
- Account Setup: If one of our products requires a localized configuration or setup that collects user data, an app may ask for a user’s name or allow them to enter optional profile information.
- Automated Integrations: Third-party software kits integrated into an application securely collect background analytics, advertising delivery parameters, or crash-reporting telemetry.
How do we use this information?
Information is strictly utilized to maximize product performance and utility, specifically to:
- Provide foundational app functionality and maintain individual user profiles or local states.
- Respond directly to user support requests and resolve technical inquiries.
- Monitor background bugs, crashes, and performance issues to improve regular user experiences.
- Display advertisements cleanly within ad-supported applications.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
How do we keep this information safe?
Most of our products run entirely offline, do not use external cloud servers, and do not require the transfer of user information electronically. Therefore, the user’s info is safely stored locally for only that specific product to use and is only available through the app on their physical device.
Some products may require electronic transfer or storage of data. For those services, we use commercially reasonable methods to keep it safe. We value your trust in providing us your information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of electronic storage or digital transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How long is this information kept?
- Server-Hosted Frameworks: If a product utilizes a server to host user accounts, that information is permanently deleted once the initial service or account is deactivated or upon direct request.
- Local Hardware Storage: If the product does not use a server, the information remains stored locally on your hardware until you explicitly uninstall the application or wipe its data.
- Support Logs: When contacted by a user, their communication logs are purged once we have finalized our reply and resolved the underlying matter.
Is this information shared or sold? If so, with whom?
This information is never sold. It may be shared exclusively with integrated third-party development utilities or advertisement libraries contained within our products to ensure standard operations.
Do any third-parties collect personal information or have access to it?
Some products use third-party services that may collect background identifiers used to verify your device profile. The most common third-party utilities utilized across our applications include:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Apple App Store Services
These third-party platforms operate strictly under their own respective privacy frameworks and corporate policies.
Do we use cookies?
We do not explicitly use cookies in our native software. However, our products may occasionally load third-party code blocks or network libraries that deploy “cookies” to track and improve their internal services. You retain full system control via your mobile device operating system to restrict ad-tracking identifiers, refuse cookies, or limit application background permissions at any time.
Advertising
Some applications display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These programmatic partners may evaluate information about your device or localized application usage metrics to serve, optimize, and measure relevant advertising campaigns.
App Permissions
Certain applications may request express access to distinct mobile device features—such as system notifications, camera feeds, device storage folders, microphone states, or location telemetry—when strictly required for localized features. Permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed or revoked at any time through your device’s core setting panel.
Children’s Privacy
Our applications are not directed toward children under the age of 13 unless specifically stated otherwise. We do not knowingly compile personal information from children under 13. If we discover that such data has been collected inadvertently, we will execute immediate, reasonable steps to purge it from our systems.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your geographic location, you may possess specific rights regarding your personal information under frameworks like the GDPR. This includes the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request absolute deletion where applicable. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the channel below.
