Simple Fun Software builds software as either Ad Supported, Free or Commercial products and all products are intended for use as is. The following Privacy Policy explains our commitment to our users. We may collect personal data to support our products and services, while respecting the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU.
For a better experience, while using our software, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Personal Data (name,address,phone number, etc), User Created Content, In App/Software Data.
This information is collected in two ways. The first being when a user contacts us regarding one of our products, we may collect their information. The second is if one of our products require a setup that collects user data, an app may ask for a user’s name or other information, or allow them to enter optional information.
This information is used for specifically for our in our products, if a user is required to set up a profile the information they have entered is used for their account/profile setup. If the user contacted us directly the information we keep is only used so that we may to reply to them.
Most of our products will not use servers or require the transfer of a users information electronically, therefore the users info is stored locally for only the product to use and only available through the app on their device. Some products may require electronic transfer or storage of a user information and we use the best possible methods to keep it safe. We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But no method of electronic storage or transfer is completely secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If the product is using a server to host all the user information, their information is deleted once the initial service or account they’ve signed up for is deactivated. If the product does not use a server, the information is only kept until the user deletes the app, as the information they’ve enter is stored locally on their device. When contacted by a user their information is deleted once we have replied to them and completed any communication with them.
This information is not sold, but it may be shared with any third-party services our products may contain.
Some products may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Google Play Services, AdMob, Firebase Analytics are the most commonly used services for our products.
We do not use cookies explicitly. However, our products may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and be made aware when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, some aspects of our services may be unavailable to you.
