Welcome to MYOQ – Make Your Own Quiz (“MYOQ”, the “App”), developed and operated by Simple Fun Software LP (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MYOQ, including its mobile applications, features, content, subscriptions and related services.
By downloading, accessing or using MYOQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use MYOQ in your jurisdiction.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian to use MYOQ and purchase subscriptions where required by applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use MYOQ in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Description of Services
MYOQ allows users to create, customize, play, save and share quizzes and interactive educational content.
Features may include:
- Standard quizzes and multiple question formats.
- Personality quizzes and matching games.
- AI-assisted quiz generation.
- Quiz of the Day and other challenges.
- Public quiz browsing and private quiz sharing.
- Cloud storage and synchronization.
- Free and paid subscription features.
Features, availability and usage limits may change as the App develops.
Some features require an internet connection or an account.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular feature.
3. User Accounts
Certain MYOQ features require authentication through supported sign-in providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity conducted through it.
You agree not to:
- Access another person’s account without authorization.
- Provide deliberately misleading account information.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security mechanisms.
- Use automated methods to abuse MYOQ’s services.
- Circumvent subscription restrictions or usage limits.
We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, subject to applicable law.

4. User-Generated Content
MYOQ allows users to create and share content, including quiz questions, answers, images, descriptions and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your original User Content.
By uploading, publishing or sharing User Content through MYOQ, you grant Simple Fun Software LP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide MYOQ.
This licence includes displaying publicly shared quizzes to other users and allowing users to download quizzes through the App’s sharing features.
You represent that you own your User Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
You agree not to upload or distribute content that:
- Infringes another person’s intellectual property rights.
- Is unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
- Contains threats, harassment or discriminatory abuse.
- Contains sexually exploitative material or otherwise prohibited content.
- Violates another person’s privacy.
- Contains malware or other harmful code.
- Attempts to interfere with MYOQ’s operation.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality or quality of content created by other users.
5. Public and Private Quizzes
MYOQ may allow users to share quizzes publicly or privately.
Public quizzes may be discoverable, played or downloaded by other users.
Private quizzes may be accessible to anyone who possesses the applicable sharing code or otherwise receives authorized access.
You are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing settings and should avoid including sensitive personal information in shared quizzes.
Deleting a shared quiz may not automatically delete copies that other users previously downloaded.
We cannot guarantee that content shared with other users will remain confidential.
6. Artificial Intelligence Features
MYOQ may use artificial intelligence services to generate quiz questions, answers, images and other content.
AI-generated content is provided for informational, educational and entertainment purposes.
AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies, omissions, inappropriate material or unexpected responses.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on, publishing or distributing it.
MYOQ does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, original, suitable for a particular purpose or free from third-party intellectual property claims.
You agree not to use MYOQ’s AI features to generate unlawful or otherwise prohibited content.
AI functionality may be subject to usage limits, service availability and technical restrictions.
7. Free Features and Usage Limits
MYOQ offers certain functionality free of charge.
Free features may be subject to restrictions, including limits on AI generation, cloud uploads, cloud downloads and other resource-intensive activities.
Some features may offer additional usage through rewarded advertisements.
Available allowances and usage limits are displayed within the App where applicable and may change over time.
Unused allowances generally do not carry forward unless explicitly stated.
We may implement reasonable restrictions to prevent abuse, maintain service stability and manage operating costs.
8. MYOQ Pro Subscriptions
MYOQ may offer paid subscriptions under the name MYOQ Pro.
Subscriptions may provide additional functionality, increased usage limits and other benefits described within the App.
Subscription prices, billing periods and included benefits are displayed before purchase.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the respective platform and are subject to its applicable payment terms.
Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, MYOQ Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
The applicable platform may charge your payment method before or at renewal according to its billing terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the platform where you originally purchased it.
For Apple subscriptions, manage your subscription through your Apple Account’s subscription settings.
For Google Play subscriptions, manage your subscription through Google Play’s subscription management settings.
Deleting MYOQ or deleting your MYOQ account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewals. Access to paid features ordinarily continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to platform policies and applicable law.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform through which the subscription was purchased and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights available under applicable law.
Subscription Changes
We may modify subscription features, prices or availability.
Where required, changes will be communicated in advance or will require your consent.
9. Advertisements
The free version of MYOQ may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers.
Advertisements may include banner, native and optional rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements may provide additional functionality or usage allowances when successfully completed and verified.
Availability of rewarded advertisements is not guaranteed.
You agree not to manipulate advertisements, generate fraudulent impressions or attempt to obtain rewards through unauthorized methods.
Our use of advertising technologies and associated personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
MYOQ, including its original software, interface, branding, graphics, functionality and other proprietary materials, is owned by Simple Fun Software LP or its applicable licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of MYOQ or its intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use MYOQ for lawful purposes.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify or reverse-engineer MYOQ except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization.
This section does not affect your ownership of original User Content.
11. Third-Party Services
MYOQ integrates with third-party services that may include:
- Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Authentication providers.
- Firebase and other cloud infrastructure.
- AI service providers.
- Advertising and analytics providers.
These services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using MYOQ.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or actions outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by law.

13. Account and Content Deletion
You may request deletion of your MYOQ account through the available account-management features or by contacting us.
Account deletion may permanently remove associated account information and content, subject to applicable retention obligations and the procedures described in our Privacy Policy.
Previously downloaded or independently shared copies of your content may remain accessible to other users.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google.
We may retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud, as permitted by applicable law.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue MYOQ features for legitimate operational, security, legal or business reasons.
We may introduce new features, adjust usage allowances or change how existing features operate.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
We do not guarantee that MYOQ will always be available or free from interruptions, defects or compatibility issues.
15. Educational and Entertainment Disclaimer
MYOQ is intended for educational, recreational and general informational use.
Content available through MYOQ, including AI-generated quizzes and user-created materials, should not be treated as verified professional advice.
You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome, examination result or educational benefit.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MYOQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, accuracy of user-generated content or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees or other protections that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simple Fun Software LP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of MYOQ.
This includes, where legally permissible, loss of data, business interruption or losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate user-generated or AI-generated content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or applicable statutory consumer protections.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MYOQ where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security threats or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.
You may stop using MYOQ at any time.
Termination does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple or Google.
Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination, including intellectual property rights and applicable liability provisions, will continue to apply.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Where required by law, we will provide advance notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of MYOQ following the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of legal protections or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
